These terms are the rules for using Maifast. By creating an account or using Maifast, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Who we are
Maifast is run by [Owner: add your business's legal name and address]. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Maifast, and "you" means the person using it.
What Maifast does
Maifast lets you put your data into sheets, grouped in workspaces, and ask questions about it in plain words. Every sheet has its own chat, and a help chat answers questions about Maifast itself. Answers are made with the help of AI and can be wrong; see our Disclaimer.
Your account
You can sign up with your email address, which you confirm with a code we email you, or with "Continue with Google".
Use a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Your email address cannot be changed in the app.
The free plan and limits
A free account gets a set number of free questions and sheet searches to try Maifast. This is a one-time amount, not a monthly one.
Clearing a chat or deleting a sheet does not give back questions you have used.
When the offer is on, adding a phone number to your profile gives a free account extra sheet searches. If you remove the number, the extra searches go too.
To keep Maifast working well for everyone, each account can send only a certain number of messages per hour. This applies to members too.
We can change these limits and our plans.
Membership
Plans, their prices and their number of days are shown on the membership page.
You pay by UPI, then send the transaction ID and a screenshot of the payment. Our team checks it and approves or rejects it.
Your days start after approval. If you already have a membership, the new days are added after it ends.
Nothing renews by itself. When your days run out, your account goes back to the free plan, and your workspaces and sheets stay.
Members can also share ideas with our team through a guided chat.

Referral programme
Sometimes we run a referral programme. While it is running, you can share your referral link. When someone joins through your link and their first payment is approved, they count towards a reward of free premium days. The referral page shows how many paid referrals you need and how many days you get. Rewards are free days, not money. We can change or pause the programme. While it is paused, new links do not count, but people who already joined through your link still count.
Your data
You are responsible for the data you put into Maifast, and you must have the right to use it. You can clear chats and delete sheets and workspaces at any time. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Fair use
Please do not:
use Maifast for anything illegal;
try to get into another person's account, or into parts of Maifast you are not allowed to use;
try to break or overload Maifast, for example with automated tools;
send a fake payment proof or someone else's payment proof;
create fake accounts, for example to earn referral rewards.
Suspension
We can suspend an account, for example if it breaks these terms. A suspended account is signed out and cannot sign in until we restore it. If your account is suspended, contact us.
Changes
Maifast is still growing, so its features, limits and plans can change. We may also update these terms. The "Last updated" date on this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using Maifast after a change, the new terms apply.
